Email to Sales

challenge
A leading semiconductor company, with an international customer base, had accumulated 11,000 email addresses during the previous four years via their Web site. They wanted to use this data to build sales contacts. However, due to the age of the data and the fact that they had never communicated via e-mail, there was a critical need for list hygiene. 

solution
A strategically designed HTML e-mail, delivered via TXConnect (ESP), allowed the client to realize accurate deliverability. Live tracking gave us an immediate look inside the e-mail habits of these customers. Considering the age of the list and the unexpected arrival in the recipient's mailbox, the results of this e-mail were outstanding. This e-mail was 81% deliverable with a 42% open rate and 6% response rate. Nearly 400 contacts requested a sales call and 533 ordered the new 2005 Product Guide.

Renovation / Innovation

Challenge
A local luxury hotel and resort affiliated with the world’s leading hotel group had a basic web site in place when a national directive came down requiring individual resorts to upgrade their Web site image into the national brand experience in order to increase direct on-line bookings. The client had to merge the local functionality into national technologies while depicting the unique experiences the resort has to offer.

Solution
Our goal was to provide the hotel with a beautiful web site featuring fabulous on-site photography. Extensive flash animation in the web site creates a live feeling to the site and enhances the guest experience. We also built the Web site with our fully-functional back-end administrative panel that allows the client to change any content on any page. Special consideration was made in the functional planning phase of the project to increase the usefulness and improve the guest experience. Using the first week as a baseline, traffic for the site has increased 60% as the site has enjoyed over 50,000 unique visitors in the first 10 weeks.

Challenge
A real estate investor in the Austin area purchased a majestic piece of property located on Highway 71 and built a European-styled villa to be used as a special events venue for the high-end business and social markets. The goal was to lease the facility for these special events, however, the venue lacked a name, reputation, identity and awareness.

Solution
We started by establishing a name that not only put the place on the map, but incorporated the rental concept. AustinSeventyOne was selected and the logo played on the “Austin Event One” that graphically popped out of the brand solution. Quality brochures, folder systems, event planning guides, flyers, banners and ads were developed to promote the venue. The Web site incorporated the same beautiful photography and flash animation and graphically tied all the marketing material together in a cohesive package. Within 2 months of opening, the bookings for the venue were reserved for the remaining 8 months of the year. It is currently one of Austin’s leading facilities for upscale events.
